The hotel offered decent breakfast options and the staff was helpful with arranging taxis. Despite being a bit far from the city, it was easy to get around with the help of the friendly staff. the rooms were clean and well-maintained which was a great relief during my visit.
The location of the hotel made it difficult to enjoy the Christmas festivities in the city. the lack of amenities in the hotel left me feeling unfulfilled.

We had a pleasant stay in this hotel. Staff was cooperative and helped us with taxis despite challenges in communication. The breakfast was satisfactory given the price we paid. The hotel facilities were clean and organized.

We were impressed with the helpfulness of the staff, especially Zarina who assisted us in getting taxis and changing rooms promptly. Although the location was a bit remote, she helped us easily arrange our traveling back and forth from the city. Although the breakfast was simple, it was satisfying, and the coffee was aromatic. the rooms were spacious and clean with nice views of the surrounding area. We also appreciated the comfortable beds and well-maintained bathroom facilities.
We had a minor issue where the Wi-Fi connection only worked on the first two floors of the hotel, and we were temporarily placed on the third floor.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Eastern Kazakhstan, which was one of the best experiences of my trip. The hotel staff was really helpful, especially Zarina who went out of her way to assist me with calling taxis and changing my room twice when the wifi wasn't working on the third floor. The price for the breakfast was reasonable and the quality of the food was great too. I also appreciated the easily available taxis and the fact that the hotel reception could help me communicate with the drivers.
The only issue I had with the hotel was its location, it was a bit far away from the city. However, the availability of taxis mitigated this problem significantly.
